These are optional side missions that you can do. Around the city, you will see yellow circles. These can also be identified on the Mini-Map by looking for yellow car icons.
To complete these, you first need to enter the Taxi that is at the location.
You will then need to pick up the nearby customer. This can be done by parking in the highlighted area shown near the customer. Be careful not to run over the customer, as this will fail the mission.
Once they are in, you need to drop them off at the requested location. A green arrow will appear at the top of the screen to point you in the right direction.
When you are at the destination, park in the highlighted area to drop off the customer.
If you achieve this, you will gain some Cash.
